Terms of Service

Recall is a relationship-intelligence tool for travel advisors, operated by BranchUp. You can use Recall to manage your own client and supplier relationships. You own the data you put in, you can export it, and you can delete your account at any time. Don't use Recall to do anything illegal, to spam, or to impersonate other advisors.

• You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe.
• One advisor per seat. Host-agency and consortium plans cover multiple seats — see the pricing page.
• We may suspend accounts that are clearly abusing the service (spam, impersonation, scraping). We'll tell you why.

You own your client list, your notes, your voice fingerprint, and any content you put into Recall. We store it so we can surface it back to you. See the Privacy Notice for what we collect, how it's stored, and how to delete it.

• The 14-day trial is free. No credit card to start.
• Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled. Cancel from Settings — no phone call required.
• We don't pro-rate partial months on cancellation, but you keep access until the period ends.

• Not a CRM of record. Don't store information that you only have one copy of — keep an export.
• Not a booking system. Recall surfaces suggestions and drafts; you make the booking.
• Not legal, tax, or financial advice — including in any AI-drafted message Recall produces.

Recall is provided "as is" during beta. To the extent allowed by law, BranchUp's total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior three months. We won't be liable for indirect or consequential losses (missed bookings, lost commissions, etc.).

If we make a material change, we'll email the address on your account and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
